BIRDLOFT ETHOS OF GREEN
birdloft's wood stock is all reclaimed and urban salvage material, meaning the wood is either salvaged from deconstructed buildings or downed trees diverted from the waste stream. Occasionally when a client requests wood that is not available via our usual sources we will work with wood from responsibly harvested sources

CRAFT
birdloft prides itself on its exceptional craft. Every piece is made with meticulous attention to detail and knowledge of how wood moves and breathes.

DESIGN
Jeff and Adrienne come from a long line of feisty architects, designing and making our furniture like buildings in miniature. A few years ago now, when we were designing and building at the building scale, we scolded ourselves for being as fussy as furniture makers. Now, working primarily as furniture makers, we scold ourselves for daydreaming about becoming jewelry makers. Bottom line, we sweat the details. We love to make them beautiful.
