—- overall dimensions to be approximately 102” long x 14” deep x 30” high

—- wood top to be made from reclaimed old growth fir, with a finished thickness of approximately 1-1/2”

—- wood to have a similar look and feel as the wood shown in photo 2 of the listing, first photo is a quick pic of the finished piece

—- rectangular tube steel legs, powdercoated a matte black

—- cost - total price, delivery to Vashon Island included, of $1800. Payment of $900 previously paid to initiate work. The balance of $900 + add-on of $200 due at completion, on or ahead of delivery

—- add-on of $200 is to cover refinishing wood
